In loving memory of DR. ANDREW LOCK
17 August 1963 – 18 February 2025
Dr. Andrew Lock was a pioneer in the fields of injury rehabilitation, strength training, and performance education. With a career spanning decades, he left an indelible mark on the global health and fitness community through his knowledge, unapologetic passion, and dedication to empowering others.
Known for his sharp intellect, bold personality, and commitment to excellence, Andrew’s work transcended borders. He mentored thousands of practitioners and athletes, challenging outdated systems and bringing clarity to the complex world of rehabilitation and human performance. He was never afraid to speak the truth and always stood for what was right, especially when it came to helping people move better and live stronger lives.
Andrew dedicated his life to educating others, not only through his clinical expertise but also through his ability to make knowledge practical, accessible, and powerful. He believed that strength was more than physical, it was a mindset, a way to show up in the world with purpose, resilience, and integrity.
Though Andrew is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the clinicians he mentored, the lives he changed, and the global community he helped build. His principles, teachings, and fierce love for strength will continue to guide future generations.
We invite you to carry forward his legacy: train hard, think critically, challenge the norm, and always strive to leave others stronger than you found them.
Rest in strength, Dr. Andrew Lock.
You will never be forgotten.
