I went from not being able to deadlift 60kg back to 150kg

I started at 80kg leg press and did a PB of 335.5kg today for 8

I went from 30kg bench press to PB last week of 70kg for 5

In November 2019, after a year of not placing enough importance on activation, rest and recovery, my lower back finally gave in and I couldn't walk for a solid week. I spent months in physio finding no relief. In April last year when searching for movement and recovery podcasts at the end of of my tether, I discovered Dani and her mantra - which speaks directly to my heart - "movement is medicine."

I worked with Dani on Zoom and spent lockdown doing activations and specific exercises to strengthen and turn on my glutes and core every day.
I felt results in the first week, within 2 weeks I felt at 90% and in the third week I was back to 100%. Dani is a *power bank* of knowledge and absolute legend to boot. 

In Nov 2019 | got to 70kg in my deadlifts. A few months ago I got back into RDL's and today I finally paid Dani a visit at her gym thinking l'd maybe get a few reps in with just the bar on deadlift.

"Not on my watch" Dani said. We broke down the movement, went slow and before I knew it she had 75kg on the bar and I was deadlifting 100% pain free.
